The Shah Faizullah Shrine, located in the Sultan Poor village, is the tomb of a respected scholar and community leader, believed to be the first Hindu in the eastern province of Nangarhar, who converted to Islam during the Ghaznavid period (977-1186). His tomb is an important site for both the local Muslim and Hindu communities. The goal of this project is to rehabilitate the building structure, implement new flood protection measures, erect a fence, and train community members for the future maintenance and protection of the site.
