In Kyrgyzstan’s Toktogul District, climate change and social transformations are threatening the living traditions of mountain communities. This project will document at least 15 cultural practices—such as rituals, seasonal customs, and traditional land use—while supporting intergenerational learning, women’s training, and the creation of a digital archive. The aim is to strengthen cultural identity and climate resilience through local knowledge.
